Hands-On Monarch Workshop (Macon, GA)

We are excited to share an opportunity with American Printing House for the Blind (APH) this spring!

Join Tools for Life to learn the basics of the APH Monarch, an innovative tactile graphics device that provides dynamic displays for students who are blind or visually impaired. The Monarch allows users to explore diagrams, charts, maps, and other visual information through touch!

Continuing Education Credits: CEUs and CRCs will be offered for this workshop.

Training Dates and Locations:

May 7 – Center for Inclusive Design and Innovation (CIDI) in Atlanta, Georgia.

May 8 – Georgia Academy for the Blind in Macon, Georgia.

Each workshop will begin at 9:30 a.m. and conclude at 3:30 p.m. There will be a one-hour lunch break at 12:00 p.m.

This is a one-day workshop that will be offered on two separate days and at two different locations. The content will be the same on both days, so you will need to choose the date and location that works best when registering.
