The National ADA Symposium is an annual conference on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and disability-related laws. This comprehensive conference provides the latest information on all areas of the ADA, including regulations and guidelines, implementation strategies, and best practices.
The co-hosts for the 2025 National ADA Symposium are the Great Plains ADA Center and the Southeast ADA Center.
ADA Symposium Overview
The National ADA Symposium session schedule covers a wide range of topics, including employment, accessible design, state and local government issues, business and disability, accessible technology, and recreation.
Sessions are presented by nationally recognized experts, including representatives from the federal agencies that implement the ADA: the U.S. Access Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Keynote Speaker will be Mark Schultz, National Rehabilitation Leadership Institute and former U.S. Department of Education Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) Commissioner.
Presentations are designed to meet the diverse needs of attendees, from presentations covering basic content for new learners to dynamic, interactive sessions developed specifically for attendees with years of experience and ADA expertise.
Find Your Fun! Special Free Event for Atlanta ADA Symposium Attendees!
On Sunday, June 15, 2025, we encourage attendees to go out and Find Your Fun in Atlanta!
Join us for an afternoon of movement, competition, and community at the free Find Your Fun event, sponsored & hosted by BlazeSports! This inclusive event is designed for participants of all abilities to experience adaptive sports firsthand, learn about accessibility in recreation, and, most importantly—have fun. The adapted sports include basketball, pickleball, goalball, tabletop board games, and more!
Most of the Find You Fun! activities will happen at the ADA Symposium’s Hilton Atlanta Hotel. More information is listed on the Find Your Fun page.
