Deaf Awareness Week/International Week of Deaf People is a week celebrating Deafness which happens every year on the last full week of September. The whole week focuses on promoting positive aspects of Deafness, raising awareness of organizations that support the Deaf community, and overall social inclusion of Deaf people.
