Share Your Experiences: ACL Listening Sessions on Emergency Preparedness, Response, and Recovery

January 16, 2020
Source: Administration for Community Living (ACL)

The Administration for Community Living (ACL) seeks input from people with disabilities, older adults, and their families and caregivers to learn about their experiences with emergencies or disaster situations. In communities across the US and its territories, ACL will host in-person listening sessions on preparedness, evacuation, response, and recovery. At each session, a facilitator will guide discussions with participants to understand how ACL can improve support, training, and technical assistance in times of emergencies and disasters. Registration is free and required, as space is limited at each location. Participants may also provide written comments via email or webform.
