The official poster for National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) 2023 is now available for download and free mail order. Illustrating this year’s NDEAM theme, “Advancing Access and Equity,” the poster conveys the importance of ensuring disabled people have equal opportunity to prepare for and succeed in employment and honors the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. In addition, the NDEAM website features new outreach tools including customizable versions of the poster, key NDEAM messages and social media graphics for individuals and organizations to use in their NDEAM observances.
