Educators at all grade levels and in different venues continue to be limited and scarce. However, there is an untapped pool of educators with disabilities, and a tremendous opportunity for disabled people to pursue education as their chosen career. Learn from the stories and experiences of a panel of educators with disabilities.
The “Road to National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)” webinar series highlights disabled professionals across sectors who can help employers learn more about meeting their labor needs with diverse talent and help disabled jobseekers and their supporters learn more about navigating high-skills career paths. Each webinar also highlights opportunities for systemic change and RespectAbility’s advocacy to close employment gaps for disabled professionals.
