They can also be used by people with disabilities who need accommodations during the hiring process. Learning about different resume formats can help businesses connect with a wider range of professionals, including those they might have otherwise overlooked.

Able SC is hosting a workshop, “Non-Traditional Resumes: An Innovative Approach to the Application Process.” It is geared toward managers, employers, and HR [human resource] professionals interested in learning about non-traditional resumes.
