The Southeast ADA Center leads the second of our two-part series about the rights of people with disabilities to receive equal healthcare services and how to file complaints with federal agencies. In Part 2, we will discuss how to file administrative complaints with federal agencies, which is much easier than filing a lawsuit. We will learn:

  • What to do before filing
  • How to draft a complaint
  • How to file a complaint.

This is an online event. ASL interpretation and captioning will be available.

Speaker: Barry Whaley, Project Director of the Southeast ADA Center

In Part 1 of this webinar series, on September 20, we learned how federal law requires that people with disabilities receive full and equal healthcare services. Watch the recording of Part 1 here. If you have experienced inaccessible healthcare services, you can do something about it.
