Title: Inclusive Justice ADA Title II Training Series: ADA Protections for Court Users: Who Is Covered & When Documentation Applies (Webinar 4 of 6).

Description: The cornerstone of Title II of the ADA is clear: no qualified individual with a disability may be excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, services, programs, or activities of state and local governments, including courts, because of a disability. This single sentence contains essential terms that require deeper understanding. Not everyone is covered under the ADA; specific criteria must be met. Join this training to explore who is protected, what establishes ADA coverage, and how appropriate inquiries and documentation may support the provision of reasonable accommodations.
