Join us for an essential training on Reasonable Accommodations and Reasonable Modifications under the Fair Housing Act (FHA). This webinar will provide critical guidance on the rights and responsibilities of housing providers, individuals with disabilities, and other stakeholders in ensuring equal housing opportunities. Participants will gain a clear understanding of reasonable accommodations, which involve changes to policies and procedures, and reasonable modifications, which refer to physical alterations that enable accessibility.
The training will also cover HUD and DOJ guidance on handling accommodation requests, as well as practical examples such as accessible parking, service animal policies, and structural modifications in housing environments.

- One hour of focused training on the Fair Housing Act

- 30+ minute live Q&A session with accessibility expert Eric Contreras
- A download of all webinar materials in the participant workbook.
Note: This 90-minute training with be offered twice on September 2, 2025. Both sessions will include the same information.
