This webinar will provide essential training on the circumstances that require multistory units and townhouses to comply with FHA regulations. Participants will gain a clear understanding of when FHA coverage applies, particularly in cases where elevators impact compliance requirements for buildings and dwelling units. Key topics will include distinguishing between covered and non-covered multistory units, as well as the differences between multistory units and lofts. Additionally, attendees will explore scenarios where buildings contain both multistory and single-story units, ensuring they can accurately assess FHA applicability.
