In this session, we’ll explore the Employer Reasonable Accommodation Fund (ERAF) and how it’s transforming workplaces across Minnesota. Learn about the background of ERAF, which businesses are eligible, and how the program provides crucial support for making accommodations. We’ll also share success stories of how small to mid-sized businesses in Minnesota have benefited from this initiative, creating more inclusive and productive environments. Individuals may submit questions for the presenters in advance through the registration process.
