Description:

Is your digital content accessible to everyone? This session translates WCAG 2.1 AA into practical steps you can use today. Learn to write effective alt text, structure headings, caption videos, avoid color-only cues, meet contrast minimums, use clear titles and labels, support keyboard navigation, and ensuring accessibility when creating documents using Word/PowerPoint/PDF. You’ll leave with a simple checklist to find and fix barriers across your website, digital documents, and social posts.

Individuals will be able to submit questions for the speaker in advance during the registration process.

Human Generated Real-Time Captioning will be provided for this session.

Continuing Education Credit Available: Certificate of Attendance: 1.5 Credit hours; ACTCP: 1.5 Credit hours.
