Description

The Milwaukee Public Museum strives to make its exhibits, programs, and facilities accessible to all visitors. During this session, the Milwaukee Public Museum staff will walk through their process of building a brand-new museum using universal design discussing the concept, planning, and implementation of the build. Participants will have an opportunity to ask the speakers questions following the presentation.

Accessibility

Sign Language Interpreters and Human Generated Real-Time Captioning will be provided for this session.

Credit Available

  • ADA Coordinator’s Training Certificate Program (ACTCP): 1.5 hours
  • Certificate of Attendance: 1.5 hours.
