ADA Virtual Mini-Con Registration

ADA Virtual Mini-Con Registration Ends at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on July 12, 2023

ADA Virtual Mini-Con Registration Fee: $50.00

Conference Registration Includes:

  • Access to two 60-minute virtual sessions and two 90-minute virtual sessions
  • Informative and interactive sessions, presented by experts in the field, on emerging issues and best practices

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations requested by July 12th will receive a refund, minus credit card processing fees
  • Cancellation requests received after July 12th will not be eligible for a refund
  • Substitutions of participants within the same organization/company may be made at any time without penalty

Important Notes and Reminders

Registration Notes:

  • Space is limited to the first 500 paying registrants
  • All individuals attending the ADA Mini-Con must pay a registration fee at the time of registration; the fee is to be paid via credit card and includes the entire program, whether you attend one session or multiple sessions
  • TransCen, Inc. currently does not offer a group registration discount, however, group registrations are available
  • The ADA Mini-Con is a VIRTUAL event, broadcasted through Zoom Webinar

Accommodations:

  • The Mid-Atlantic ADA Center strives to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully
  • ADA Mini-Con will provide Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) through the Zoom Webinar platform
  • If you require an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter, please select this option during registration; requests must be received by July 12th.
  • Session presentations and handouts will be available to download from the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center website

Certificates of Attendance:

Attendees can request a Certificate of Attendance for continuing education self-submissions; instructional credit hours are based on the specific sessions attended.
