Description:
Just like anyone else, individuals with disabilities encounter the criminal justice system as suspects, defendants, incarcerated persons, victims, and/or witnesses. During this session, learn the ADA rights of an individual with a disability when involved in the justice system. Additionally, access to social services, programs, and facilities will be covered. Participants will have an opportunity to ask the speakers questions following the presentation.
