The Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN) published a new webpage on the benefits of workplace flexibility, along with three accompanying issue briefs on caregiving, transportation, and equity in workplace flexibility. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, workplace flexibility has become common as organizations offer employees choices on how, when and where to work and strive to create more inclusive, accessible and equitable workplace cultures. The new resource helps employers understand the benefits of a flexible workplace, the various types of workplace flexibility and considerations for developing and implementing flexible workplace policies. The accompanying issue briefs cover topics that intersect with workplace flexibility, including:

NILG Federal Contractor and Subcontractor Compliance Info Center
A new online resource developed by the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN), in collaboration with the Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) and the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG), offers information to help federal contractors and subcontractors comply with regulations and meet their disability utilization goals.
