The Southwest ADA Center is carrying out research to explore how incarceration experiences influence medical trust and health care engagement among formerly incarcerated individuals with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions. The results may help improve how healthcare systems support people with disabilities after incarceration.
You are invited to take part in this study if you are over the age of 18, reside in the United States, have previously been incarcerated, and self-identify as having a disability and/or a chronic health condition.
The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete, and you do not have to answer any questions that you do not wish to answer. The information collected for this study does not contain identifiable information about you.
