Through guided case studies, participants will examine concepts including undue hardship and direct threat analysis. This course is intended for those who already understand the reasonable accommodation process and want to build deeper knowledge of how these defenses apply in real situations.\nWho Should Attend?\nHuman resource professionals, EEO staff, attorneys, supervisors, managers, state and local government officials, federal agency EEO personnel, staffing agencies and union officials.\nHow much does it cost?\nThe EEO Technical Assistance Workshops vary in length to accommodate today’s workforce and are moderately priced, reflecting the length of the workshop. Two-hour Workshop: $275.00 per person.\nAre continuing education credits available?\nPre-approval of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and HR Certification Institute (HRCI) recertification credits is requested for all workshops.
