Drawing on real examples from field experience and case reviews, the session highlights recurring issues on accessible routes, in public and common-use spaces, at usable doors, within dwelling units, and in kitchens and bathrooms. Participants will learn how to distinguish between design errors and construction mistakes, understand practices that help prevent violations, and apply effective strategies to resolve problems before they become costly. This training is ideal for professionals seeking to strengthen their understanding of frequent pitfalls and proven remedies.\nDuring the Q&amp;A part of the training, accessibility expert Eric Contreras will answer your questions about the Fair Housing Act, Fair Housing Act Design Manual, Safe Harbor, and other accessibility issues live.\nEach attendee who attends for 45 minutes or longer will receive a certificate of attendance.
