While National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) takes place annually in October, planning gets started well before, and to help, the official 2026 poster is now available.
This year’s NDEAM theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” carries the spirit of last year’s celebration forward through 2026 in honor of America’s 250th birthday. Employers, organizations, schools, and individuals across the nation are encouraged to participate, and ordering a poster is a great first step.
This year’s version is available in three different colors as well as a customizable format that allows organizations to insert their name or logo and different photos if desired. (Please note that it is important to obtain consent if using someone’s photo for this purpose.)
