The 2022 National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) poster is available to order through the NDEAM website. The poster features this year’s theme “Disability: Part of the Equity Equation,” recognizing the vital role people with disabilities play in making the nation’s workforce diverse and inclusive. Additional NDEAM resources are also available to assist organizations in planning and implementing National Disability Employment Awareness Month activities.
