Profile of Allison Flanagan Allison Flanagan, completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and her Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Kentucky where she also instructed for the on-line accelerated Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling (MRC) program the last 15 years.  Her career includes over 26 years in the public vocational rehabilitation program as a rehabilitation counselor, vocational rehabilitation administrator, and director in Kentucky and since May 2017 in the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR).  She is also on the board of directors for the Commission for Certified Rehabilitation Counselors and proudly maintains her Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification. 

Currently, she is the president of Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation (CSAVR) and enjoys the national engagement to promote the field of vocational rehabilitation counseling. 

Allison is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters, Shelby, Sydney and Spencer and one amazing grandson, Finley.  She values family and friends; lakes, rivers, and oceans; and the San Diego* Chargers.
