Take a Survey to Help Make Colleges More Accessible for Deaf Students

January 28, 2019
Source: National Deaf Center

Project Opening Doors aims to capture student and faculty perspectives on accessibility and inclusion of deaf students at postsecondary institutions across the United States. The National Deaf Center (NDC) believes that accessibility should be part of every aspect of classroom and campus life in order to improve deaf student postsecondary success. The results of these surveys will be used to enhance and customize technical assistance for students, faculty and institutions. Your perspective will help us better understand the current state of accessibility in higher education.

Take the survey to become eligible for a drawing for an iPad! If you are a currently enrolled deaf college student, please take the survey now and help make campuses across the United States more accessible to deaf students.

Are you an instructor or professor that that currently has or recently had a deaf student in one of your classes? If yes, take our survey and help us understand more about institutional support for deaf students.
