This webinar in the ADA Online 2020 Series represents a session that was originally slated to be presented at the 2020 National ADA Symposium in May 2020. Due to the pandemic, the Symposium was cancelled, but we know how important the learning that occurs at this event is for many. The sessions that were selected for this webinar series represent many of the most popular in terms of content and speaker(s) and to ensure that those who are pursuing the ADA Coordinator Training Certification Program (ACTCP) are able to obtain their core credits.
