Conversations with Experts - Customized Employment:
A Form of Workplace Flexibility

An interview, Conversations with the Experts, conducted by Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) senior policy advisors about how "Customized Employment Can Be a Form of Workplace Flexibility", is published online in The Network News: A Work-Family News Publication, Boston College Sloan Work and Family Resource Network.

The interagency Taskforce on the Aging of the American Workforce (geared mainly to the federal government) incorporated ODEP's Customized Employment into its ensuing Work Groups and final report published February 2008 - Report of the Taskforce on the Aging of the American Workforce [PDF file] to address the strategies outlined in the report--one of which is Flexible Work Arrangements/Customized Employment.
